Smart Food is the food half of Everyday Vitality. Move well, eat well — the two reinforce each other in ways that go deeper than most people expect.
It is about developing a more intuitive relationship with what you eat. Learning to notice how food affects you: what strengthens your digestion, what gives you energy, what leaves you feeling light and satisfied. Choosing not from a fixed plan, but from a growing understanding of what your body actually needs.
The underlying philosophy is Ayurveda — one of the world's oldest practical sciences of health and nourishment. Not a diet, and not a set of rules. A way of understanding how food works on your body. The central insight: everyone is different. What nourishes one person may not suit another. Ayurveda gives you a framework for tuning in.
